Common Services Centre (CSC) program is an action of the Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY), Government of India. CSCs are the access points for the delivery of colorful electronic services to townlets in India, thereby contributing to a digitally and financially inclusive society.
CSCs are further than service delivery points in pastoral India. They're deposited as change agents, promoting pastoral entrepreneurship and structuring pastoral capacities and livelihoods. They're enablers of community participation and collaborative action for actualizing social change through a bottom-up approach with a crucial focus on the pastoral citizen.
CSC-Governance Services India Limited is a Special Purpose Vehicle (CSC SPV) incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, to cover the perpetration of the Common Services Centers Scheme. It provides a centralized cooperative frame for the delivery of services to citizens through CSCs, besides icing systemic viability and sustainability of the scheme.

Services offered
The CSCs would give high quality and cost-effective videotape, voice, and data content and services, in the areas of governance, education, health, telemedicine, entertainment as well as other private services. A highlight of the CSCs is that they'll offer web- enabled-governance services in pastoral areas, including operation forms, instruments, and mileage payments similar to electricity, telephone, and water bills. CSC2.0 Scheme
Under the Digital India program, at least one CSC ( rather further than one) is imaged in2.5 lakh Gram Panchayats for delivery of colorful electronic services to citizens across pastoral India. This would include strengthening and integrating the being CSCs under the CSC scheme and making functional and fresh1.5 lakh CSCs in Gram Panchayats.
CSC2.0 is a service delivery acquainted entrepreneurship model with a large bouquet of services made available for the citizens through the optimum application of structure formerly created in the form of SWAN, SSDG,e-District, SDC, and NOFN/ BharatNet.
Objects of CSC2.0
Non-discriminatory access toe-Services for pastoral citizens by making CSCs complete service delivery centers, exercising the structure formerly created in terms of other Mission Mode Systems.
Expansion of tone-sustaining CSC network till the Gram Panchayat position –2.5 lakh CSCs, i.e. at least one CSC per Gram Panchayat, further than one preferred.
Empowering District-Governance Society (DeGS) under the quarter administration for perpetration.
Creating and strengthening the institutional frame for rollout and design operation, thereby, supporting the State and District executive ministry and handholding of VLEs through original language Help Office support.
Enablement and connection of online services under a single technology platform, thereby making the service delivery at CSCs responsible, transparent, effective, and traceable, with a technology-driven relationship between all stakeholders.
Furnishing Consolidated Technological Platform for delivery of colorful services in a transparent manner to the citizens.
Adding sustainability to VLEs by participating in maximum commission earned through delivery of services and encouraging women to join as VLEs.
Sharing in CSC scheme eligibility
The aspirant should be a vill youth above 18 times of age
The aspirant must have passed the 10th position examination from an honored board as a minimal position of educational qualification.
Aspirants should be fluent in reading and writing the original shoptalk and should also have an introductory knowledge of the English language
Previous Knowledge in introductory computer chops would be an advantage
Aspirants should be motivated enough to be the high motorist of social change and disperse their duties with utmost fidelity
Should have a valid VID (Virtual ID) and Visage
